Our new Partnership Program focuses on building successful teams through training, education, and support. Whether you are starting with a puppy or a dog you already have, we work with you to develop the skills, confidence, and partnership needed for service work.

At Sunrise Service Dogs, we help individuals build that bond through training and partnership, working toward service dog teams that can make a meaningful difference in everyday life.
Mobility & Physical Assistance
Service dogs can be trained to assist with a variety of mobility and physical needs, including retrieving items, opening doors, and providing other individualized support.
Psychiatric Support
Dogs are trained to provide support by responding to specific behaviors, symptoms, or changes in their handler’s body language. Tasks may include interruption, grounding, deep pressure therapy, and other individualized support. These dogs may assist individuals experiencing conditions such as PTSD, autism, anxiety, or depression.
Medical Alert
Our dog trainers use scent-based training to teach dogs to recognize subtle changes in a person’s scent that may be associated with changes in their body or well-being.
