This meeting is specifically for individuals who are considering applying to the Sunrise Service Dogs program and want to learn more before applications open.

Whether you are exploring the program for yourself or considering whether it may be the right fit for you and your dog, this meeting will give you an opportunity to understand the process, expectations, and commitment involved.

Our Two Partnership Pathways

Puppy-to-Partner

A structured pathway for teams beginning with an eligible puppy and progressing through the Sunrise Service Dogs training program.

Owner Dog-to-Partner

A pathway for individuals who already have a dog and are interested in pursuing partnership through the Sunrise Service Dogs program, subject to program requirements and evaluation.

Who Should Attend?

This meeting is intended for individuals who are seriously considering applying to the Sunrise Service Dogs program.

If you’re interested in becoming a participant, want to understand the requirements and commitment, or want to determine whether Sunrise Service Dogs is the right fit for you and your dog, we encourage you to attend.

What Happens Next?

Following the Information & Interest Meeting, prospective applicants will have the opportunity to move forward with the interest and application process.
